This Privacy Policy applies to OpFix LLC ("OpFix," "we," "us," or "our") and the website at opfix.io along with any related pages, tools, forms, and services.

OpFix is a US-based operations firm. We diagnose, fix, and install systems inside founder-led businesses. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our site, take the Scaling Plan diagnostic, buy an X-Ray, or work with us as a client.

What We Collect

We only collect what we need to do our job. That's it.

Information you give us directly

• Contact info. Name, email, phone number, business name when you fill out a form or buy something.
• Diagnostic responses. Your answers to the Scaling Plan quiz and any follow-up questions.
• Payment info. If you buy an X-Ray, engagement, or retainer, payment details get processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications. Emails, texts, and call notes when you talk to us.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data. Pages visited, time on site, links clicked, referring URL.
• Device data. Browser type, operating system, screen size, IP address, approximate location.
• Cookies and pixels. Small files that help the site work and let us measure performance. More on this below.

How We Use It

We use your data for these specific purposes:

• Deliver what you asked for. Your Scaling Plan, X-Ray, engagement, or any service you bought.
• Communicate with you. Confirmations, scheduling, follow-ups, and updates related to your account or purchase.

• Marketing. Send relevant emails about OpFix services, content, and announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We require our service providers to handle your data with appropriate security and only for the purpose we hired them to do.

Data Storage

We keep your data only as long as we need it. Active client data stays in our systems for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable retention period after.

Marketing contacts stay in our CRM until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We use industry-standard security to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access. Request a copy of the data we have about you.
• Correct. Ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Delete. Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.

OpFix is built for business owners. The site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as the business evolves or laws change. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email.

Continued use of the site after a policy update means you accept the new terms.
