What we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. Plain language. No surprises.
This Privacy Policy applies to OpFix LLC ("OpFix," "we," "us," or "our") and the website at opfix.io along with any related pages, tools, forms, and services.
OpFix is a US-based operations firm. We diagnose, fix, and install systems inside founder-led businesses. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our site, take the Scaling Plan diagnostic, buy an X-Ray, or work with us as a client.
We only collect what we need to do our job. That's it.
We use your data for these specific purposes:
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
We use cookies and similar tools for three things: making the site work, measuring traffic, and running marketing.
Most browsers let you block cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
We share data only when it's needed to run the business. Specifically:
We require our service providers to handle your data with appropriate security and only for the purpose we hired them to do.
Mobile information is excluded from all sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is shared only with the subprocessors that are strictly necessary to transmit the message you asked for (our CRM and SMS platform, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, and its underlying carrier network), and those parties are contractually barred from using it for their own marketing.
We keep your data only as long as we need it. Active client data stays in our systems for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable retention period after.
Marketing contacts stay in our CRM until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
We use industry-standard security to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.

California residents. You have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
This section explains exactly how we handle mobile phone numbers and SMS (text message) consent.
We never text a number we obtained from a purchased list, a data broker, a referral, or any other third party. The only way you enter an OpFix text program is by entering your own mobile number into a form on opfix.io and ticking an SMS consent box on that same form.
We ask separately about two kinds of message, and treat them as two separate permissions:
Both boxes are optional and neither is ever pre-checked. Ticking them is never required to get the Scaling Plan, the X-Ray, the book link, or anything else we offer — leave both unchecked and you'll be served entirely by email. Saying yes to one is not saying yes to the other; we record and honor them separately. Our forms also carry a required box agreeing to our Terms and this policy, which is not an SMS consent and does not sign you up for any text messages.
When you do opt in, we store the date and time of your consent, which kind of consent you gave, the page you consented on, and the exact wording of the consent language you agreed to, so there's a clear record of what you said yes to. Where a phone number is carried over from an earlier form and prefilled for you, that prefill is never treated as consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any OpFix text message to opt out of all of them, transactional and promotional alike. You'll get one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@opfix.io. You can also ask us to remove your number by email at any time.
Opting out of texts does not unsubscribe you from email, and unsubscribing from email does not opt you out of texts. They're handled separately.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile numbers or SMS consent records. The only parties that ever touch this data are the vendors that are strictly necessary to deliver the message you asked for, and they may not use it for anything else.

OpFix is built for business owners. The site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as the business evolves or laws change. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email.
Continued use of the site after a policy update means you accept the new terms.
