The rules for using opfix.io and our services. Read it. By using the site, you agree to it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and OpFix LLC ("OpFix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using opfix.io, taking the Scaling Plan diagnostic, buying anything from us, or communicating with us through the site, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, don't use the site.
OpFix is an operations firm for founder-led businesses. We diagnose what's broken, fix the system, and install the structure underneath. Our work spans diagnostic assessments, structured engagements, and ongoing operational support.
The site exists to share what we do, how we work, and how to start.
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You will not:
We reserve the right to block access, terminate accounts, or take legal action against anyone violating these rules.
When you submit information through the site (forms, diagnostics, purchases), you agree that:
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We may rely on it when delivering our services.
Prices for our services are quoted directly to you during the sales process. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms for each service are set out in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Payment is due as specified in that document. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refund terms are specific to each service and are spelled out in the applicable service agreement or invoice at the time of purchase. Diagnostic assessments and completed work are generally non-refundable. Ongoing engagements may include specific refund or cancellation terms in the signed agreement.
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first at billing@opfix.io before disputing it with your bank or card company. We resolve almost all issues directly and faster than a chargeback process.
You're responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes that apply to your purchase, except where we're required by law to collect them.
Our specific services - including diagnostic assessments, structured engagements, and retainers - are governed by a separate signed service agreement between you and OpFix. That agreement controls scope, timeline, deliverables, payment, and termination.
If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that specific engagement.
OpFix provides operational diagnosis, system design, and implementation support. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, valuation improvements, or any particular financial result. The success of any engagement depends on factors outside our control, including your execution, market conditions, and how your team adopts the changes we install.
Past client results are illustrative, not predictive. Your results will vary based on your situation.

Information you give us about your business stays yours. We use it solely to deliver services to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Ownership of any deliverables we produce during an engagement is governed by your signed service agreement.

We can suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason - including if we believe you've violated these Terms.
You can stop using the site at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which OpFix LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
